Jennie Macfie is gardening columnist for the Sunday Herald, writes arts reviews and owns a film archive. She has been a film and TV producer for over 30 years. Jennie also chairs David Hughes Dance and is on the board of Hoda Productions.

Fiona has been promoting in Lochalsh for over 20 years, often using her own restaurant and bookshop business as a venue. She now works part time with her husband as an architect and very full time as a mum. She chairs Lochalsh Youth Community Trust.

Sandy Anderson is an independent consultant specialising in tourism, leisure & cultural projects. His previous life was with local authorities, in the Highlands and in England. Sandy is also on the board of the Highlands and Islands Theatre Network (HITN)

David is an ex art student, ex rose grower and ex landscape architect.
He is addicted to lime-washing, all the arts and promoting. He chairs Resolis Community Arts, serves on the Blas Action Group and other voluntary arts committees.

Gwilym's career spans venue, festival and partnership management. Self educated in communes with an MSc in Cultural Management & Policy,he is Director of Shetland Arts, & the Northern Isles Local Advisor for Scottish Natural Heritage.

Lesley is the Administrator for Mull Theatre, helps run a car rally, marshals on other club's rallies and has been known to navigate too.

Adrian works as a consultant in areas of business and organisational development, operates a boutique B&B in Tobermory, Isle of Mull, and pursues artistic interests as a visual arts practitioner, producer and curator.
