5 – 6 pm Welcome note and key speaker - Andy Kirkpatrick

6 – 7 pm Speed Dating – Meet the PAN members

7:30pm Dinner at the Lochanhully Woodland Club

(Mini-buses will be provided to run members to the Restaurant which, is a short walk away, if preferred)

 

Saturday 3 October

Carrbridge Village Hall

9:30am Meet the PAN promoters

10am Favourite gig/ touring Lists

11:30 – 1pm Workshops (20 places per workshop)

• Village Hall Energy Toolkits - Community Energy Scotland
• Get out of Jail Free Card for venues – Federation of Scottish Theatre
• An introduction to Risk Assessment - Federation of Scottish Theatre

1 – 2pm Lunch – locally sourced food, served as a buffet

2 – 3pm Workshop with Highlands and Islands Theatre Network

3 – 3:30pm Ian Kerr

3:30- 4pm Youth Music Initiative (Gillian Shaw)

7:30pm Dinner and Cèilidh Dance with the Fèis Spè Ceilidh Trail

 

 

Sunday  4 October

Carrbridge Village Hall

9:30 am Open space discussion

11.30 Blas session

12:30 PAN – The Modern Family? - summary by the Board

1pm Lunch – locally sourced food, served as a buffet

The Annual PAN AGM will now take place on 10th Nov at 11am in our new office - Fourth Floor, Ballantyne House, 84 Academy St, Inverness IV1 1LU.

Coffee and homebaking and a chance to meet PAN;'s new Co-ordinator.
